Every morning, I'd drag myself out of bed, dreading the day ahead. It felt like I was just going through the motions, doing what I was supposed to do, but without any real purpose or meaning.


It was a suffocating existence.


But then something changed. I realized that what I thought were habits were just mindless routines, and that I needed to make a real change to break free from my stagnant life.


I found the concept of forming habits


Everything changed. My health, My relationships, my FREEdom, my self-esteem, Everything.

Let me explain who I am. My name is I'm Diego Reyes. A physical performance accelerator. In my time I've had the opportunity to work with Division 1-3 colligate sports programs and be in the presence of top-level athletes, (some you might be seeing on Sundays) as well as Ive spoken with leading sports psychologists and coaches.

Throughout my experiences, I've come to realize that habits play a crucial role in achieving success, both on and off the field for these athletes.


By focusing on building positive habits, we can train our brains and bodies to perform at their best and reach our full potential. I'm excited to share my insights and strategies on habit formation with you guys in this book.
